My First Blog Post

My Journey through Journaling

If you do what you’ve always done, you’ll get what you’ve always gotten.

— Tony Robbins

One day I saw this idea to type out three full pages of your thoughts without stopping to edit anything. I started doing this daily, and it changed my life in a big way!

Three months later, I had just finished journaling, and I suddenly felt led to post my journal entries onto a blog. Immediately my mind screamed: “Nobody would ever want to read your stupid journal entries!” I did it anyway, though, because I trust my intuition more now, and, okay, so what if no one reads them… I lose nothing except for the 10 minutes it took me to set up a blog page. Big deal! At least I can be proud of myself for being brave, putting myself out there, and following my heart.

The posts start from three months ago, so they are not posted in real-time.

Hope this helps someone in some way ❤

I'm a normal person with a special drive to have a great life, but there are so many things keeping me from it. I think journaling was a big part of the answer for me, so I want to share my unedited journal entries (except to add some clarifying information or remove names). Hope it can help someone in some way <3
